Bible says in Genesis chapter one that, in the beginning God created the Heaven and the Earth. On the 1st day God created day and night and on 2nd day God created firmament Heaven and so on…(read Genesis 1 & 2 for the creation story). On the sixth day God created man and put him in Eden. Later God found that, it is not good that the man should be alone and he took one rib of Adam and created Eve. Both of them lived peacefully in Aden and they were filled with the grace of God. God gave them all the blessings in Eden. ( Genesis 1:28, And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.) When God put them in Eden, He commanded them that they may freely eat fruits of every tree in the garden except the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, And in the day that they eat the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, they will surely die. (Dear friends please make note that the fruit of the tree of life was also there in Eden – read Genesis 2: 22).
But it happened which should not to be happened.
One day serpent came and tempted Eve to eat the fruit of the tree, which is in the middle of the garden (tree of the knowledge of good and evil – read Genesis 3). Eve took that fruit and gave it to Adam and they ate it. By this, as by one man, sin entered into the world and the death by sin, and come short of the glory of God in them. The man and his wife were sent out from Eden. So by the offense of one man sin, death, diseases, sufferings, curse etc are entered to this world and the blessings, power, Grace , Glory, life, freedom etc that the man received from God were returned to God. And all are become the slaves of Satan. God sent out Adam and his wife from Eden. So man is sinful and separated from God.
All human beings have to live with God; this was God’s will when he created the man. But by the offense of Adam all human beings have to face death as says in word of God Romans 6: 23, “For the wages of sin is death.”
Later God selected Moses and gave Him law to guide His people. The violation of this law was also counted as sin. So to equalize with God there must be an offering. God commanded Moses to start lot of offerings to please God and they had to bring sin offering for the people unto the Lord for the atonement for the sin. For the sin offering they had to offer a lamb. Exodus 12: 5 & 13 God says that, “Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the 1st year. The blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where you are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you. Leviticus 1:4 & 17 : 11 says, “ And he shall put his hand upon the head of the burnt offering; and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him. For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that made an atonement for the soul. God gave the promises in Exodus 19:5 & 6. “If you will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then you shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people; for all the earth is mine. And you shall be unto me a Kingdom of priests, and a holy nation. But they could not avail these blessings because of the sin resided (dwelt) in them. Romans 7: 22 & 23 says, “For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. The word of God says in Roman 3: 23 that, “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God”. Every one became slaves under the evil. So all are started to search for a way to reach God. (Jesus was the end of this search and He says, I am the way, truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Jesus because Jesus is God. John 14: 6,7. Jesus says in St John 14: 9 & 11 He who has seen me has seen the Father. Believe Me that I am in the Father and The Father in me.)
So there came the necessity that somebody should deliver us from the body of this sin and give us freedom from the captivity to the law of sin to the captivity to the law of the spirit of life. So God decided to come to this earth for the sin offering of human beings and to give them eternal life. By this God showed His love to His people. God gave prophecies regarding this sacrifice and God’s deliverance plans, through Isaiah, Daniel, Micah, & Psalm. Prophecy of Isaiah 53:6 says, “All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on Him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed and He was afflicted, yet he opened not His mouth; He is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he opened not his mouth. As per the prophecy in Isaiah 7:14 & St Luke 1: 35, Jesus was born in Bethlehem. John the Baptist prophesied about this Jesus in St John 1:29 that, “Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world”. So as per the prophecy in St Luke 1:35 Jesus Christ (God) came to this world by the son of Mary and the Son of God by the Holy Spirit. He lived in this world and fulfilled all the lows given by the God through Mosses. The word Son is used in the scripture to show the relationship between God, Word of God and Jesus Christ. By this Jesus Christ got the God’s nature from God and human nature from His mother Mary. Only through, such a person, who is having God’s nature and human nature at a time, can take all of us to the Father our God, as Jesus says nobody can reach Father without Jesus, and He is the Father. Only Adam and Jesus were the two persons, who came to this world without the relationship of a man and woman. Adam brought sin to this world but Jesus conquered the sin and attained victory.
As per God’s plan, the righteous Jesus took all sins and iniquities of human beings and He offered Himself as a sin offering, crucified and shed blood for all of us.(Isaiah 53:4-6) On the 3rd day He rose and took victory over death. By this He had broken the head of devil and gave freedom (ie freedom from all devil’s bonds- sin, diseases, sufferings etc) and eternal life to mankind. So we can receive the blessings, power, Glory, Grace, freedom, Holy spirit etc through Jesus Christ. This is God’s salvation and this is a free gift from God. Salvation is nothing but to know and accept this real truth.
If you want this salvation, 1] Repent and confess your sins and iniquities unto the Lord. 2] Confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus Christ and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead. 3] Baptize
The word of God says in Romans 10:9 that, if you do these things, you will be saved.
So many of us were baptized into Jesus Christ, were baptized into his death. (Romans 6:3,4). Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death; that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the Glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. (Romans 6:10, 11) For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. Like wise reckon you also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Please do not ignore this great salvation. The word of God says in St John 12: 48, “He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him.. the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day. 2 Corinthians 5 : 10 says, “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ., that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Jesus says "I am the way, the truth, and the life. And the word of God says in Acts 4:12 "Neither is there salvation in any other; for there is none other name under heaven given among men, where by we must be saved. Dear Brother and Sister, we cannot ensure what is happening 1st, our death or the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ. These two things can happen at any time. So remember, time will not wait for you. So take decision at right time. This moment please dedicate yourself fully for Jesus Christ. You can receive Jesus Christ RIGHT NOW by faith through Prayer ( Prayer is talking with God)
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come into him, and will sup with him, and he with me. Revelation 3:20.
But if the spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His spirit that dwelleth in you. Romans 8:11. We are the temple of the living God, as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk with them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. I will be a Father unto you, and you shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. 2Corinthians 6: 16 & 18.
