Live in Jesus

The  world  is  standing still  and confused at the exposure to a new era. We haven’t faced  such  a  situation  earlier, an  antidote  for  this  fast spreading virus is not yet found! All are requested to stay at home as the  governments declared lock down and 24 hours’ curfews.

People of this world and atheists are asking where God is and why God allowed such a fast spreading virus all over the world? God have already answered these questions through the written word of God. There is clear message from the Lord for the present situation which we have to find out through the word of God. In Isaiah 34:16 says that “Seek you out of the book of the Lord, and read, no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate; for My mouth it hath commanded, and His Spirit it hath gathered them”.

The present situation can be seen in the book of the Prophet Isaiah 26-20-21, "Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. For, behold, the Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity".

But we all must know what the Lord almighty did for us to save our life.

Gospel according to St John 3:14 says that “ And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so much the Son of man be lifted up”.

Let us check and find out why Moses lifted up serpent in the wilderness.

We all know that Israel is God’s own people and they were under the ruling of Egypt in accordance with the prophecy of God. The Egyptians made the children of Israel to serve them with rigour. But God delivered them through Moses from the hands of Egyptians and led them to Canaan through the wilderness.  The children of Israel knew their almighty God through the signs and wonders that the Lord had done for them in Egypt, in the Red sea and in the wilderness.

(Numbers 21: 4-9)But when they journeyed from mount Hor by the way of Red sea, to compass the land of Edom, and the soul of the people was much discouraged because of the way. At this moment the children of Israel turn against God and Moses and they spoke, “Wherefore have you brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? For there is no bread, neither is there any water, and our soul loatheth (hated) this light bread”.

Because of their misbehavior and wrong deeds, Lord sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people, and much of them died. Therefore the people came to Moses, and said, we have sinned for we spoken against the Lord and against thee; and they requested Moses to pray unto the Lord, that He take away the serpents from them.

And Moses prayed accordingly, but we have to know from the word of God that The Lord didn't took away the serpents from them as they prayed, but instead of that Lord said unto Moses, “Make thee a fiery serpent and set it upon a pole, and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live”.

Moses did accordingly and if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived. Here we should know from where these fiery serpents came! Whether they already existed in the wilderness or God created them when they turned against God and Moses?

If we go through Deuteronomy 8:15 we can see that these fiery serpents were already there in the wilderness. Let us go through this word of God. “God led them through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions and drought, when there was no water”. From these words we can understand that all these were in the wilderness but God’s protection was there with His people and only because of that they were safe in that great and terrible wilderness. But when they turned against God with their misbehavior and wrong deeds Lord allowed fiery serpents among them.

Similarly virus, plagues etc are in the world and those who are under the protection of the almighty Lord will not fear these things and they will walk safely with the Lord. Psalm 91:5-6 says that “thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that was wasteth at noon day. Words 10 says that “there shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling”. God is the creator and the devil cannot create any thing as he is not the creator. God created heaven, earth, man, fiery serpents, virus etc. and every creation have God's purpose too. But devil is using some of these to destroy the people living in this world. St john 10:10-11 says that " The thief (Devil) cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I (Jesus Christ) am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly". Form these words it is clear that Devil's aim is to kill and destroy the people living in this world (Now devil knows that he have only very little time and he is working hard) but Jesus Christ came to this world to give us eternal life and to give protection from all the works of the Devil, which is mentioned in 1st John3:8 " For this purpose the Son of God (Jesus Christ) was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil". Our God is a great protector and great healer so His children are safe with Him.

For this reason the word of God says in St John 3:14-15, “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have eternal life”. God do not want you to be perish, that is why it is written in St John 3:16, For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son (Jesus Christ), that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Today God lifted up Jesus Christ for you and me to look at Him and save our life as Moses did in the wilderness. Philippians 2:9-11 says that, “Wherefore God also hath highly exalted Him and given Him a name which is above every name. (Now His name is above all names including the name of any virus, plagues, disease etc and you can boldly and with power take His name over these names.) Acts4:12 say that, “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must saved.

Now I would like to tell you about another plague that will come all over the world. The spread of this plague is not like the present virus, this plague will come to every man who does not have the seal of the God. This is mentioned in Revelation 16:1-21. There we can see “And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth, and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon men which had the mark of the beast and upon them which worshipped his image”. But here also the children of God are safe and it is said in Revelation 9:4, where we can see, “ And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree, but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads”.

The condition of men living at that time will be very difficult in this world, because along with this noisome and grievous sore they will also suffer in getting drinking water as the water in sea, river and fountains will turn into blood of a dead man and men will be scorched with great heat by the sun.

If you are wondering why God is allowing this to happen in this world, we can find the answer which is also given by God in Revelation 16:10-11. There we can see that “They gnawed their tongues for pain, and blasphemed the God of Heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds”. From these words it is clear that God allowed this to the people of this world and he is eagerly looking at them for whether they are repenting from their doings or not. We noticed that when such a situation came to the people of Israel they repented from their deeds and came back to God.

Now the nations and people in this world are requested to look at the almighty Lord Jesus Christ to save the nation and their life. Jesus Christ died not only for Christians but also for the entire world and for the sin of the people of this world. So he is the one and only true God for all of you. That is why God lifted up Jesus Christ as Moses lifted up serpent in the wilderness. Look at this Jesus Christ, accept Him, and have eternal life.

Now the message from God is very clear. We have only very little time. Today is the important day for us, this moment is very important for us. Because next moment and day is not in our hand.

Today you are not calling to be a part of any religion, cast, and denominations but calling you to accept Jesus Christ,whom the Heavenly God lifted up for you and me. Only Jesus Christ can give you eternal life as written in word of God, Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life. But today you are calling to accept this Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and enter into the Kingdom of God. Here this Heavenly call now itself. This day and moment is very precious and important for you as next moment and day is not in our hand. So please accept this heavenly call.

We have to walk inline with the word of God for this we need Jesus Christ in us.

So now you are calling to know the truth, for this read the word of God (Bible), find the truth, accept the truth and that truth will lead you to the eternal life.

Jesus says " I am the way, the truth and the life". If this Jesus is with you, you have life (1st John5:12), so repent and accept Jesus Christ.

Our Lord Jesus Christ blesses you all abundantly.

Hebrew 3:7-11 " Wherefore, as Holy Ghost saith, today if you hear His voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness: when your fathers tempted me, proved me,and saw my works forty tears.
